ZUWA has established processing facilities to add value to several of our produce. This value addition includes, grading, sorting, packaging, solar drying, pulverizing, manufacturing of capsules/ tablets, freeze drying, cold press extraction, dehydration of vegetables & fruits with shelf life of 1 year and extraction of secondary products of high value. Some of these facilities are fully owned by ZUWA and the rest are done through collaboration with other food processing partner companies
ZUWA is establishing several Model farms across India with an aim of showcasing best agriculture practices, techniques, tools, innovative use of ICT technology, cropping approaches, natural resource management, pest control and post-harvest management. The model farms also serve as research lab where new techniques and tools are tried and applied research is carried out.
